A full walk-through of the interior and exterior with a written report and photos.

ENHANCED HOME / STORM CHECK

$85 per visit +HST
Includes everything in the Standard visit, plus testing heat & water, sump pump checks, appliances, and a detailed post-storm review.

WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY & MONTHLY PLANS

Weekly: from $240 per month +HST
Bi-weekly: from $130 per month +HST
Monthly: from $65 per month +HST
Ideal for insurance requirements, seasonal homes, or extended travel.

TRADES COORDINATION

$40 per hour +HST
We coordinate with trusted local tradespeople and manage access.
