What areas do you cover?
Most of Annapolis County and nearby communities. If a property is farther out, we can still help. Travel fees may apply and we will always explain these clearly.
How often do you check the property?
You choose the schedule. Many insurance companies require checks every forty eight to seventy two hours for vacant homes, but some clients prefer weekly or monthly visits. We build the plan around what you need.
What do you look for during a home check?
Temperature and heating status, water leaks, storm damage, security concerns, power loss, signs of entry and the overall condition of the home. Every visit includes photos and a clear report.
Do you offer emergency visits?
Yes. If something urgent happens such as storm damage, an alarm call or a neighbour alert, you can contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
Can you help coordinate repairs or trades?
Yes. We regularly help clients source trusted local tradespeople including builders, electricians and plumbers. We can oversee visits and keep you informed.
Do you look after large or complex properties?
Yes. Larger homes, farms, multi building lots and waterfront properties simply require longer visits or additional checks. You will receive a clear and fair quote.
Are you insured?
Yes. The business is fully insured for property care and on site services.
Who actually does the visits?
Kerrie completes most visits at the moment. As our client base grows, trained team members may support the service. Each person will follow the same standards, reporting style and attention to detail. Clients will always know who is attending.
Can you check seasonal cottages?
Yes. Whether you are away for the winter or visit only a few times a year, we make sure the property stays safe and well looked after.
What if something goes wrong when I am away?
We will contact you right away, send photos and help organise whatever is needed. This may include storm cleanup, a plumber or securing the home.
Do you enter every room?
Only if you want us to. Some clients request a full internal inspection while others prefer a simple walkthrough. You decide what works best for your home.
How do I start service?
Book a short call. We will learn what you need, view the property and agree on your schedule and pricing. There is no pressure and no long term commitment.
